Pre Buy Questions

In a world of remotely purchased things what would some good pre-buy questions be to help quantify the remote purchase of a TT?

I think it might be best to segregate the questions into the following categories:

A - Specifications: weight, length # slides, floorplan, etc.. Things that are different from the brochure specific to the trailer being sold. Most of this information can come from google, but is there information that might be relevant to the specific unit being sold? Also if your new to all of this some of the information might not make immediate sense. "Specs for 2018 Forest River - Rockwood Roo 23IKSS" doesn't mean its 23' long. It's actually 29' open and 25' closed.

B - What kind of use or possible damage? Water damage, accidents, mechanical issues, battery condition, tires, brakes, slide mechanisms, levelers, mold, etc.. What should be asked about the water system, black, grey, and drinking? Water heater, AC, furnace?

C - Hookups/accessories: Antennas for TV, radio, WiFi, wireless B/U Camera, solar panels. Outdoor kitchens or BBQ's.

It's easy enough to make a list of questions but this isn't intended to be the Spanish Inquisition, they need to be in context of purchasing the trailer and since I only know what I've read on this forum I'm not sure how to ask the questions in a way that gets actionable answers.

Is there a list of questions that after getting the answers you can make an informed decision that wold apply to most of the TT's?
