Puma 32DBKS - Squishy floor

I have a small section about 8 inches wide 30 inches long that is obviously going to need replacing. It started as a barely noticeable spot. Its located right the corner of a slide, the seal around the slide was questionable so I replaced both pieces of the seal. That didn't fix the problem. there are no signs of water anywhere else that I can find. Before I tear into it I guess I'm just looking for insight on it. Could this be a leaking water line?

Check the water lines and the water heater. Our inlet to the water heater had cracked and started leaking on us. The water heater was on the opposite side of the soft spot, but the water stilled ran to that side causing the soft spot there.

I had a leak at the fill tube for my fresh water tank. When I filled the tank I got water on the floor inside. I noticed the first time I filled the tank so it got fixed right away. I also have had leaks where the awning attaches, from the fridge drain hose being left inside, and a terrible hole cut for a window (corners were too small resulting in almost no overlap and the hole was too tall resulting in not enough overlap).
