Rear fold-a-way rack

Does anybody have any information about a folding rear rack that is in the RV magazine issue winter 2012. The pic is on page 48 lower left hand corner. I tried contacting the editor a week ago via email and have not received a response. It's from the 59th California RV show. I have heard it called the Grey Wolf back rack (found it on YouTube w/ no additional info.), a travel rack, a foldaway rear rack.

I'd like to know too. It wasn't an option on the Sprinter we just bought but I can see it being very handy.

I know we were looking at a 2011 Salem Cruise Lite last spring before we bought our Surveyor and the one we were looking at had this on it. It was called the back pack edition. I'm not sure where Forest River is getting them though.

Is this something that can be used during traveling or only when you are at the campsite and not moving? Do you know the weight capacity?

I was told you can use it while traveling but I don't remember the weight capacity and I can't find it on the web site. You might call Forest River and ask them or find a dealer and fish for some information from them.

I would never advise mounting something to the bumper itself. I've read horror stories about bumpers and cargo falling off while in transit. From what I remember and am seeing, these carriers are mounted to the frame rails.
