Repair Help

Hello
I have a 2019 Mossy Oak 27bhs. We were camping this week past weekend hooked up to 30 amp service about to pack up and leave when the water pump stop working. I checked the fuse and the breakers thoroughly everything seems to be in order but the information panel neither the water pump or the gas water heater rocker switch will light up. Also when I push the monitoring buttons for battery freshwater gray water and black water tanks the lights just Flicker and won't stay on. Any ideas. Thank you. Also its the same if plug in to service or on batteries.
Thank you

Sounds like your house batteries are dead and your converter is not working.

You should be able to run everything in your trailer when your plugged in, you don't need batteries, your running through your converter. (if it's working)

Check your main grounds (frame and converter) and power connections at converter panel look for looseness, corrosion etc.

Thanks. What I was trying to get across is everything else works on 12v or plugged in accept the information panel and the two rocker switches for the water pump and gas water heater.

I'll go out on a limb here and say the only similarity your problems have with each other are their close proximity to each other on your information panel.
I would turn off your shore power and disconnect your house battery to get rid of all voltage, and carefully pull the panel far enough off the wall to make sure there isn't something wrong where those switches and tank lights are.
Maybe a short, loose wire or ground???

Yup, Id still be checking grounds and power connections especially at the converter. You have a few circuits that something is messing with them... what is common... the converter and grounds.. connections.
