Rockwood Windjammer

Can anyone tell me about the quality of these trailers. Are they economy level or mid-range level travel trailers? We are considering the 3025W model. I've read somewhere that some of Forest River's products are low quality units.
thanks

Every manufacturer has low quality products.
From working on some, Rockwood are just run of the mill units, nothing special. Just my opinion.

I think these are billed as a mid-level unit, and I believe they are. Bought a 3002W last year, had it to Texas last year, lived in it this summer, went to New Orleans this year. Zero problems. Lot of things standard that are extra in other units (e.g. torsion axles vs. shackle suspension, special rubber roof material, etc.). 3025 is great floor plan - it came out after we bought ours, or would have purchased it. Have had many trailers, and this has been one of the best. No door problems or other issues like some others (and I've had quite a few). Tows great. I recommend it highly.

Sorry, was 3008W (front kitchen). And get the upgraded fiberglass - well worth the money.

What is a "special rubber roof?"

It is a higher-quality rubber. Doesn't chalk like cheaper rubber membranes, and doesn't leave as many black streaks down the side of the coach.
