I would not use anything with bleach to clean the roof.
I would us only a car wash that is designed to be used on waxed paint.
The car wash will be mild and will not damage seals, paint etc but will lift the dirt.

I don't think it's possible to hijack this thread. We talk about everything. The bottle says you can recoat in 2 hours. I applied mine outside. The first time you do it, you will have to scrub the really bad areas with concentrate but after the first time, it will be much easier. You can then just mix according to the directions and get it clean much quicker.

Word of caution: The roof will be slicker than snot when it gets wet after being treated. Be very careful after it rains.

Roof cleaning

Murphy's oil soap recommended by roof material mfg. Works great. I follow it after dry with 303 aerospace protectant.

I'd be very leery of using any product with bleach. X2 on using Murphy's Oil Soap.
