I used this
Henry 887 Tropicool 4.75 Gal. White 100% Silicone Reflective Roof Coating
Very Happy. Great stuff. And cools the interior.

Look in your owner’s manual for products and frequency of application.
Fact; if you get hailed on and haven’t been applying treatment per the manufacture’s instructions, expect a denial of claim.
37 years in insurance, it surprised me as well.

I've used just about every coating you can possibly imagine over the years. My family owns a residential/commercial roofing company and as an avid RV'er myself, I would say the best product I have found is by a company called Gaco. You cannot find this product in your big box stores like Lowe's or Home Depot. You will need to purchase it through a local building material company like ABC supply, SPEC building materials, etc. It is a silicone product and is absolutley amazing. I have personally used the Gaco S2000 in the field and used the Gaco roof patch around penetrations, skylights, vents, etc. It can even be applied to damp surfaces and can be applied over itself multiple times which is pretty amazing considering it's a silicone product. Silicone does not usually bond well to silicone but this product sure does. We have used it for repairs on TPO roof systems, EPDM systems, PVC, BUR systems, metal, etc. It's not cheap, and there are cheaper products out there, but your roof is the last place you want to skimp out on. Spend the extra $$, get a quality product, and you'll sleep well at night. BTW...I've used Hengs before which stated its suitable for metal roof applications. After a few years the Hengs roofing coating started to pull away from the metal and I ended up doing the roof over again with Gaco and haven't had any issues. Just my 2-cents

If you order >1 gallons from Amazon, prepare for dented/damaged containers. I don't think Amazon even uses the 1 gallon box/packaging if you just order 1 gallon.
Walmart was cheaper by a few dollars as well, received within a 4-5 days after ordering.
I just started the cleaning process this week, Tide original powder mixed in water (with soft to medium brushes). My 2nd cleaning will be a water/bleach mixture.
I do anticipate needing to order 1 more gallon. I will do 2 coats of Heng's.

Although it’s too late for you, I read a thread from a RV Tech that said he uses Duck Coating from Menards in his business. The main reason was cost and the only prep required to install was broom away the bird droppings and dust. I ordered and applied on my EPDM roof 5 years ago and all I have had to do is touch ups since. I highly recommend this product. Total cost was under $300 to me after getting a estimate to replace at a minimum of $3,500. Good luck

I tried the Gaco on my Thor Axis 25.2 2 years ago and it still looks great. I got
it at Lowes in Texas in a 2 gallon bucket for about $80. Used about half of it.
Did all caulking touchup first after cleaning and used a 4" brush and took maybe
two hours. I figured if it worked well on our house when in Hawaii it would do
well on the RV, and so far it has.

Posted about roof issues different thread
Well I will add one more comment. Realize the OP stated inexpensive which this IMO was not. I purchased a product called Crazy Seal for my 38 foot Envoy. Applied probably 1 1/2 to 2 years ago and still looks good with a 50 year warranty. Again not inexpensive @$1400 but with warranty seemed worth it . Just saying

Roof coating
I used 100% silicone roof coating I bought at Menards. About $239 for 5 gallons. That was more than enough for my 31 TT. Easy application with a brush around any pass throughs (2 coats) and roller for a 2 coat application.I did 3 coats on all the edges and 2 coats on the slide outs. Ultra white glossy finish keeps the temps down inside noticeably. 50 year warranty against leaks and failure.

Don't want to spend a lot either. There is a lot of products and a lot of confusion.
Elastomeric? Silicone?
I thought about this stuff from Menards.

First you need to know what is on your roof, if TPO that doesn't seem to be the correct product.

No dicor showing now.
I replaced one of vent covers and I'm waiting on a new fan for the bathroom so I will have both new covers.
I checked every square inch of the roof and sealed everything.
First coat of Hengs goes on shortly.
2nd coat maybe tonight under the lights. Mosquitoes are starting to come out here after none until now
It's not going to leak when I'm done

Doesn't say safe to use on rubber or TPO roofs
