Hello, new to the forum, I'm just looking for any advice before I attack this problem. I purchased a 2014 kz connect last fall and overlooked a small leak in the dining room slideout. There is a small crack where.the roofing material folds over the wall of the slideout. It appears to have softened about a 18x18 section of the roof sheathing. No noticable staining or rot on the inside of the trailer.just trying to figure out the best way to make a permanent repair. Thanks in advance.

Benny, look at a youtuber named RV Roof Repair and then search for slideout on his channel. That will show you what you are about to do. I would follow what they do ( it is a business ), although maybe not his exact material, as it is hard to get.
