Shower wall loose from trailer wall

Winnie Drop Trailer 4 mo old. Not much used yet and no other problems. Have the rear bath model with corner shower. One wall has a flex and silicone pulled apart at top. The shower wall is still fixed by a screw into trailer wall but is flexing. I know water can get behind it. Any "fix" ideas?

I'd take it back to the dealer since it's still under warranty. Bring a check list since there might be other items that are not right...usually are with a brand new trailer.

Adding molding around the top might be a solution to stop water from getting behind the surround. The shower walls are often left loose so that they can be easily removed for plumbing repairs.

Clear RTV. Prep the surfaces and DIY. It takes a while to dry then it stays. It has some flex so the wall can move a bit if it needs to.

Agree with both solutions proposed. You can pick up a piece of thin white vinyl at Menards or other big box home improvement store so you don't have to worry about paint or water damage to the molding. Affix, caulk, and enjoy.

Was referring to the suggestion to add a stripe if moulding around the top. You can use a thin stripe of 1" vinyl instead of painted wood. Some folks use the same type of finish moulding on exterior applications. You can do a quick search of vinyl moulding on Google and see lots of options. Never will need painting, easy to clean, and can't rot. Would easily secure top of the panels on the shower surround to the camper walls. Apply white caulk to the seem created/lip and you would be good to go.
