Skyline Travel Trailers

Greetings,
Last year my wife went to our local RV dealer to buy some canvas cleaner for our pop up and left with a brand new 2012 Skyline Koala 23cs travel trailer. We love the unit but I am concerned because I have never seen any other Skyline products at any of the RV parks that we have visited. Is there anyone out there that has a Skyline product or even more specifically a Koala that they can give me their opinion/experience with? Just wondering if we purchased an ok brand/model or if we should keep it a season or 2 and then maybe trade it in? We were about as green to travel trailers as anyone could get and it was kind of a spur of the moment purchase. Any info would be greatly apprciated.

Skyline corp has been around In One form or another for many years. Just because you have a unique trailer is no reason to get scared of it. Heck I hardly ever see a Cedar Creek, but in 7 years of ownership it has not let me down once. And I like every bit as much as the day we first looked at it.

Most RVs are made from components from a limited number of companies. If you are happy with your RV and it does what you want, I wouldn't be upset that you don't see others in the campground. All RVs need maintenance, keep up with yours and when you do sell it down the road you can claim it's 'unique.' Also, not seeing others just like yours relieves you from feeling inadequate if the other unit has more accessories, modifications, or a higher state of shine.

See you down the road.

I bought a Koala 20RB this summer. Have taken boondocking at NASCAR races and done some full hook up camping. This is my 5th RV over many years and I couldn't be happier with the trailer (except fir the cheap door stop outside). We are headed out to Harpers Ferry this weekend. As a side note, I sent Skyline an email on Monday asking if I could get on the roof without damaging it. I got a reply the next day. I was impressed.
