Here's one more, kinda small, but extremely well built. Dinette bases likely made from welded aluminum frame, so swapping to chairs, might take a little work. I think their price is high, but money talks.

Edited, maybe a 14DBS? since it has a tandem axle? (The 16DBS has a slightly larger slide and a little more body length in front of the axles, but otherwise seem identical.

Edit: let me add that this is one of the older models, you can see the cabinetry is entirely aluminum tubing constructed, like a race car trailer. Nothing is shaking loose in these trailers. The floor is made from aluminum channel much like a horse trailer. Welded aluminum frame, wall, ceiling members. The new ones don't have this quality and strength anymore. They later added wood faces to the cabinet frames, and reportedly eliminated the aluminum floor.
