Suspension upgrade for trailer

I have a Big Foot 25B. It has leaf suspension and shock absorbers.

Re: Lippert Center Point® Air-Ride Suspension System for Tandem or Triple Trailer Axles

I feel a need to raise the frame because I have the onboard generator which hangs down from the center of the chassis. This has caught ground sometimes when towing in rugged areas. My garage door is 11' high, so can't raise it too high. Trailer is now about 9'2" to highest point.

I got to thinking perhaps using an air suspension system may raise the chassis but also smooth out the vibrations from bad asphalt roads and corrugated gravel roads.

So I am considering this: (Amazon) Lippert Center Point® Air-Ride Suspension System for Tandem or Triple Trailer Axles.

Does anyone have this on their trailer and if so any comments will be appreciated.

So you can raise it no more than 22 inches?

Can you just put the leaf springs on top of the axles?
or
Just put a lift block on top of the leaf springs?
or
Use a longer leaf spring shackle like you would on a truck to get a little lift?

The bags will work to get you up a few inches of course. How much higher do you want to go? The shocks will be the biggest issue as they have a limited range they operate in, you cannot do much lift without also relocating the shock mount, either top or bottom mount. If you do lift with the bags then you are making more suspension travel and the shocks might not have that range, but if you do just one of the first three things above then this maintains the same suspension travel, but the shock will still need to be moved up.

Thanks for responding Bobertgoes. I do want to raise the frame a bit, but I really am asking if anyone has the Lippert Center point installed and if it does indeed smooth out or reduce vibration. I want to reduce the stress, jarring and jolting on the frame and appliances on the trailer overall, while it is being towed.

Thank you Cumminsfan, that video is very informative and supports the efficacy of the Lippert Center Point® Air-Ride Suspension System.
