Switch on Power Tongue Jack?
On my previous trip I held my breath each time I wanted to raise the trailer. I would have to push the switch several times to get it to work. When I push the switch to lower the trailer it works every time.
What can I check?

Check to see who has a new switch. That is where I would start.

Thats how mine was before it completely stopped working at all. Most likely you need to replace the up/down switch. Make sure to take pictures of how the switch is wired before you remove it.

Would this be covered under the warranty? I have had the trailer for only 6 months.

It might be covered, but do you want to wait 6 months with your trailer in the dealers lot for the repair of a rocker switch? You could ask the power jack manufacture for a new switch. They may just send you one. Either way good luck DR

I bet the jack maker would cover the repair under warranty. I would contact them directly. A really good RV dealer would swap the unit out for you and send you on your way. Everyone stop laughing now. There is one located right next to that unicorn. Still might be worth trying...

Digikey has the switches you seek, you just have to find them. Alternatively, you can get a cheapo on Amazon. I suspect most of the units are wired the same and use the same switches.
I've got a cheapo Amazon one in mine at the moment, but I have a nice Digikey one in the glove box should it fail. Figured I'd ride out the cheap one till it broke.
I wasn't going to waste $30 in gas to have the dealer replace a $10 part.

Warranty items will usually take two or more weeks to get resolved if ever. I had a trailer in for warranty work over winter. This was lucky because I was told the manufacturer sent the wrong part twice. Anyway I was lucky to get the trailer back by spring.
I always thought that if I could fix it myself that is what I would do.

Reubenray, Buy 2 as they are probably not really expensive, and that others have had the same issue.
