....makes for a good picture and a lot of conversation -- on this forum anyway. Good news is it doesn't look like the owner has made provisions to connect the safety chains or trailer lights, so I am going to go with this being a temporary situation. But it would be interesting to see this "rig" on a slippery boat ramp. "Watch this!"

I'm concerned that the wheelbase of his TV is too short for the length of trailer... (someone was bound to say it)

Looking at that for the 2nd time.. I think that extra long extension is for backing the trailer into the lake/river off the boat launch. That way the car stays well clear of the water line.. IT would ONLY be used at the boat launch, not on the road so the RMP of the sissy wheel would not be that high.. But of course that does not mean the driver does not tow it way too fast down the highway. Only that it's not meant for towing just backing up.

The caster wheel also supports the tongue weight so the traction stays on the car.
