UPDATE: After driving 10 weeks

So, driving last summer for 10 weeks with my tpms I observed that the tires will consistently run 5-10 degrees hotter than outdoor ambient temperature. That held true for outside temps ranging from 50-100 degrees F.

If they weren't sitting in the sun on one side prior to driving, all 4 tires were within 1-2 degrees of each other at all times.

I don't focus on any particular temperature. A stem mounted TPMS like I have isn't showing a very accurate tire temp anyway, just the air temp at the tip of the stem. What I'm watching for is an anomaly - a temp reading out of the ordinary. It's the same with all my gauges, I don't get too hung up with the exact reading on the gauge, but rather any unusual changes.

TSTs default High Temp setting is 158 deg F.
I've seen my temps in the 130 deg range, but I'm carrying around 3,000lbs per tire.
On bright sunny days, I will see a 5 -> 10 degree difference between the sunny side of the trailer and the shady side of the trailer.

I have always run my lightweight TT with max sidewall pressure. Done that on all three trailers I have owned. Lots of high temp desert driving and never a problem. I also always run high quality tires.

One more thing to note: all the China bombs that I have seen say "Always inflate to max pressure" which is probably because of the weak sidewalls and carcass. I have never found an inflation chart for Trailer King or any other bomb but the Endurance tires do have a chart and I have followed it on two tt's so far.
The difference between my method and some above is that I inflate as if the trailer is loaded at max even though it is no where near it. This gives me the confidence to put tire problems out of my mind and let the tpms do the job. Anyone that has had the chance to examine a bomb and GY Endurance side by side unmounted will probably never buy another bomb. Just saying.
