Tires rubbing

I have a Micro Minnie and the tires are rubbing wheelwell fender.
You can see black on the underside wheelwell fender.
Anyone else have this problem?

Bought the trailer new last month.
It came with these tires.
problems already!

Take it back to dealer. potentially wrong springs or tires installed.
