There is an outlet on the predator for charging a battery but I don't use that or haven't at least at this point. As I mentioned in my post, there's no issue of the starting of the AC or the need of a soft start. The generator is handling it just fine and it's running just fine. It's the other things in the trailer that seem to be having a problem and I don't know what the cause is.

My comment about 80amp charger really refers to those who have upgraded their chargers from the standard 30 amp charger (typically when they install a LiFePo4 battery). If you have the standard 30 amp OEM charger, then the charger would not be adding a large enough load that it would impact the generator. Note, I said in my first post, “IF” your charger can output 80 amps. Sorry, didn’t mean to confuse.
