We have a used coach, Canyon Star 3911.
Have never used the combo unit, but I know many who love them.
We want to start, but the detergent tray will not come out, and it is packed up.
I went to the manual, it says lift and pull.
I lifted, but am not sure how hard to pull.
It is not sliding out.
Any advice?
