Looks like a bad thermal fuse! I have power before the fuse, not after. So, should I replace the thermostats along with the fuse for good measure? Or just the fuse?

Are these standardized, or do I need to take it apart and see what number is on the resistor?

Thermal fuse BLOWS at 190*F
Blows when exposed to flame blow-back from combustion chamber

Atwood part number 93866

Should do a chimney sweep also
Remove spark electrode assembly
Push a wire up thru combustion chamber and out the exhaust
Tie a rag to the wire and pull it back thru the 'U' tube

And with electrode assembly out...clean tip with emery cloth to remove any soot/carbon

As for the T-stat/ECO....replace if you want but if working why bother.
T-stat Opens at 140*F...Closes at 110*F for reheat cycle
ECO Opens at 180*F if t-stat fails...triggers Fault Light *Blue Wire

I will clean while I'm in there, thrilled it is so accessible. I will probably also jump the connection just to see if it works otherwise. The plastic around the fuse isn't melted at all, but 190* probably wouldn't do it anyway.

Remove the thermal fuse and plug the brown wire onto the t-stat then turn it ON

Should fire up and heat...water should reach temp within 20 minutes
