Water Leakage
If this is not the right place to post this , please redirect me We just upgraded to a 2016 Gulfstream Kingsport 30 footer. We have only had it in a campground once so far and even before the Midwest starting getting slammed with a lot of rain, we discovered 2 areas that water is pooling in but cannot find the source. One area is behind the kitchen sink. Water pool there but it does not show a point of entry. The other is in the Queen bedroom closet. Water is pooling on the bottom where I have a plastic drawer placed for clothing. No point of entry is found in there either. It is odd. Has anyone else had this issue? We will be taking it in to the dealer in October to have them do our first time winterization and any warranty work ( we have a running list going of some other small issues)

Is either leak near a slide or outside feature that could be leaking? (window, vent, access hatch, etc.)
Leaks really shouldn't wait until October to be corrected. Water can cause swelling of particle board or other favorite building materials of RVs. It also can cause mold growth, wet insulation, etc. I'd do a careful inspection of roof and all areas that might be allowing water to enter. Get it to Gulf Stream shop sooner rather than later.

Yes, don't wait until October.
I do have a thought... are you sure it's coming from outside? I once found a similar puddle and it's source was a leaking low-point drain valve about 8 feet away. It had just formed a very thin "river" until it found a place to pool.
Even if it is coming from outside, the location of the puddle is not likely the source of entry and the river dries up quickly.

As TDI said, is it coming from rain or from the internal water system? I would be suspicious that the one near the sink is from a water supply line. As to the closet, is there a water line nearby? If not, and water is inside a plastic drawer, it HAS to be dripping in from above--right?
Leaks can be really hard to isolate--hope you find the cause, and as mentioned, you should not wait to have it checked.

Toilet paper can be a great leak tracer. Wrap it around plumbing, lay it on any place you suspect water might be coming from.

We will be looking into all suggestions . Thank you. The plastic drawers are just store bought Rubbermaid types that come out.. nothing liquid in the drawers.

If it were me,
It is 2016 so its brand new.
take it to the dealer asap and tell them were you found the puddles and have them find the leaks....
warranty........
you may lose the use of it for the rest of the season.
