Take a look at the R-Vision Onyx. We have a '11 25RB that we love. Fiberglass sides, aluminum frame, nice floor plan, very comfortable for two. But, it can accomodate up to six.

Onyx by R-Vision

It was quite well priced also.

A neighbor has an "Oxygen" trailer. I believe they were a Canadian manufacturer. There is no wood anywhere. The skin is fiberglass, the chassis in aluminum (I think) and all the cabinetry is aluminum framed and fiberglass skinned.

It's a bit odd-looking, tall and narrow-tracked, but it's light enough to tow with a Ford Taurus. He sometimes tows it with a '39 Chevy.

I'll second the Evergreen Everlite. I have a 2012 31RLS and love it. It has no wood in the construction and is very well made.
