Just wondering what people are towing? How long have you owned a trailer?etc...

We tow a 2004 Trail Bay 27DS Travel Trailer. One large slide, Queen bed in back, lots of counter space. Very roomy floor plan. We have been RVing for 1 year and 8 months.

Hi Kevin and Denise,

We tow a 34' HitchHiker 5th wheel; bought our first trailer in '72 which was a 1968 Coachmen, 19 footer and towed it with a '70 El Camino.

Before '72 we tent camped.

We tow a 03 Cardinal 31LE 5th wheel. We love it. A bunch of our friends have been trying to talk us into it for years. Now we spend every weekend and spare day with what we call our beach house. Our little peice of heaven. We tow it right on the beach 50 ft from the ocean. The sunsets will take your breath away. The kids never come out of the water. Unless they get hungry. We tow it with a 97 Ford F250 H/D. 35" BFG's, 460ci gas motor with a chip and a 3000 Honda generator. All the comforts of home. It don't get no better than this. If you are new to this you will pinch your self as we did for not doing it sooner. Good luck and stay safe.

Been dragging trailers around along time. Mostly boats on trailers. Started fifth wheelin
in 2001. Just got a new one in July 05. Wife wants a 36ft or bigger rig when we are ready to travel, hopefully buy August 06.

See signature for info on truck and trailer.

36' Cedar Creek fifth wheel. Had it since June. We've done the Backpacking - tent camping - pop-up - travel trailer - and now fifth wheel. We're older (and have kids!) and we value our comforts!

I've been RVing since I was a kid. When I left home for college my father had a great idea on how he could save money. Since staying in a dorm or an apartment was expensive I full timed in the family's travel trailer. A small travel trailer mind you. I still can remember how small the bath room was. While sitting on the toilet I could easily wash my hands in the sink while keeping my left foot in the 3-ft long bath tub. That was 40 years ago. Our truck now is bigger than that old travel trailer. Our little Teton is a lot bigger!

tnance-
Beautiful set-up you have! Got room for us?! With the gas prices it might be better to buddy up with other people

Tow the TT in our sig. We have owned our Sandpiper for almost 3 years. Before that we had a pop-up for a couple of years, and before that it was a tent..enjoy the comforts of the TT too much to go back to those tent days!!

Rockwood 2502 TT behind the Suburban. The wife and I have been rv'ing only a short time but are thinking we like it very much.

The Pictures show our main Tow Vehicle and Trailer but we also have a 20ft Okanogan Fifth Wheel that we will be pulling soon.

We have a 33 Ft. Sprinter 300FKMS TT. It has 2 slides and weighs about 10,000 lbs. I pull it with a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 with a 600 Cummins.
We had 2 popups then a 30 Ft. Mallard 30R TT before we got the Sprinter.
