Sounds like you got a pretty good deal.
Take a close look at the roof, and repair any cracks in the Dicor. If the tires are over 3 years, or have any signs of curb rash, I would replace.

3 years old as a replacement guideline is a little too new in my opinion. How they were treated, the number of miles on them and if there is any usually wear would be much more important at three-ish years than age alone.

Agree, but when buying used like the OP stated, you don’t know the history. That’s why I stated to replace if they were over three, especially if they have signs of road rash. To be honest TT owners do not take care of their tires, and they sit for months on end.
