What did you do to your travel trailer today

I'm in the process of re-insulating my tanks and belly. Removed the old loose fiberglass and reinstalled used R-Tech rigid insulation with some fiberglass where the foam won't fit. Finished off/sealed with Pur Black spray foam where necessary.

New coroplast panels and used a few pieces of low profile Unistrut for added support.

Bought it Equa-Flex equalizers, new shackles and a set of wet bolts all around. Also filled in those empty brake adjusting slots to keep the dirt and water out. In a couple of months it is getting a set of Goodyear Endurance tires and then it will be as it should have been from the factory. It also got a new 6 ton bottle jack.

Will post an album on the equalizer and wet bolt install when all the parts arrive.

AP Thin window shade on Lippert screw-less window frame

Installed an AP thin window shade on entry door. Got rid of that obscure glass and now all the windows match. The kit does not include the release inserts for the screw less window frame removal, used plastic knives with a blunt end to release the frame tabs. The attached You Tube video makes a good tutorial and a spin on how to position the shade.

Replaced my Coleman Mach analog thermostat with a digital Honeywell. It's simple, but I did attach this very comprehensive video.

Installed 2 TV mounts; 1 in the bedroom and 1 on a Corner Wall Mount as that was the only place to put the TV.

Installed the Torklift Glowsteps to replace the "Will try to kill you every chance they get" factory steps.

I looked at it, snow on the roof, cover and all. Then I looked at the weather report. It looks like the early spring maintenance and repair season is just around the corner. Good thing, because I have plans...

I just thought about it. I was watching the weather in the area of the vacation lot where it's parked and saw that more snow was due. Hopefully, it will survive until Spring.

Those steps are pricey, but nice.

Finally got a break from the rain so pulled all the hubs and inspected/repacked the bearings, inspected the brakes/tires and greased the MORryde CRE3000 suspension. I did find that one of the grease seals was leaking though fortunately not too bad and the CRC Brake Cleaner cleaned things up nicely.

Then hitched up for a 50+ mile run to check things out and get the lug nuts properly torqued. This was also the first trip out with the new EEZTire TPMS - really nice to be able to reliably monitor the tire pressure/temps in real time.

Installed Glowsteps on my 5th wheel yesterday and love them. Looked at Mor-Ryde and Solid Step. Don't like the space the require to fold and unfold as they wouldn't work when trailer is in storage. Glowsteps are far more versatile. Expensive but worth it.

I did an outside inspection of the RV today, and it looked good.

Replaced the junk analog thermostat with a digital one. Installed a snap in Lippert shade in the entry door. Added a mini sound bar to the TV.

Also installed the supplied, but not installed towel ring in the bathroom.
