When to reseal roof
Waiting list for an RV garage is 5 months here in Idaho. My 2014 TT roof looks good/no leaks. I want to stay ahead of this issue. When should I look to have this done, and best place to take it out here?

Maybe find a mobile RV cleaning service. Have them clean and then condition the roof if it is a rubber (EPDM) roof.
If it is a TPO roof I would find out what to do using the internet. I am sorry, I dont know...maybe just clean it.
If PVC I think just clean it.
Also check and replace any sealant around vents, antenna and ladder.

My TPO roof is 15 years old, and still looks in good condition, and AFAIK, it's been stored outside in the south its entire life.

I'm interested in this, too. But how can you tell whether you have EDPM, TPO, or PVC?

Yes please to the above, and expand the shorthand acronyms to understandable English for a newb.

Look in your owners manual or the spec sheet for your rig. If you don't have it, google it. It will tell you what kind of roof it has. Then look up the care instructions for it.
A lot of people call what I have a "fiberglass roof" but it really is not. It is Fibron over underlayment.
The most important question is not when to reseal it, taken care of most never need it. The question is how often and how do you clean it, and inspect all the roof caulking, including the front and rear caps and the roof coves on the side. Kept clean and sealed they last a long time. Let dirt, mold, mildew build up, let the seals go just a little and poof! Time for a new roof.

A TPO roof kept clean and all the edges and vents sealed should look good yet at 15 years. Sun does not hurt TPO, sun with mold and mildew will. Sun may take it's toll on some of the caulking, but if you keep up with that, keep both the roof an caulking clean they last a long long time.

This should help determine what kind of roof you have.

Being a 2014 your roof should be in decent shape for many more years. What you should be concerned with is the sealant around the edges of all vents, fans, and transitions.
Look for the smallest hairline cracks and reseal over the top. If you have Dicor, which most do, clean first with rubbing alcohol before applying the self leveling sealant.
If you have eternal bond tape you want to look for peeling up around the edges.
I wash and inspect the roof roughly 2 to 3 times a year
