Due to both Palm Coast residential codes and lack of space we keep our TT in a gated, secure (?) storage area. We have 7x24 access via coded gate and the cost is $52 a month. One of the reasons we picked this particular storage are six miles away is because it is all concrete driveways, parking areas, etc. When I want to work on it I either do it there or bring it home.

alas, I pay a bundle to have it sit all by its lonesome at the storage facility.

if only I had a yard or decent neighbors..... everyone of them has a two car driveway but me and when I try to park it on the street by my house they pull their cars in to block me or they go out and cut the grass or blow dirt off the sidewalk every day onto the trailer. what a bunch of ah's......

Sounds like a move is in your future. With mine behind a wooden fence in the backyard I have 24/7 access and I really like that.

That's not expensive at all IMO! I pay more than that for an outside, uncovered parking spot!
