Which sealant to use on the roof slide?

While blowing off the roof's slide I notice that the sealant was wearing at the seam where the top and outer panel are joined.

Would using dacor and applying over the seam be ok to use or should I use a clear sealant identical to the existing sealant?

ProFlex or Dicor flexible RV sealant should do the trick around caulked seams on a slide, windows and hatches. Avoid household silicone sealant because it isn't as flexible as those designed for RVs.
The self-leveling lap sealant (Dicor or other brands) is designed for use on the roof.

Think about Eternabond tape
EternaBond
I carry a couple of rolls with me for repairs.

Eternabond tape as well as the Dicor self-leveling sealant work really well. I have used both with no need to reapply.

I used Eternabond back in 2013 and it is still on the spot I patched. I have no need to redo it. It was a small repair maybe 3" long.

Again - both products exceeded my extra expectation
