We liked the interior finish in the first Ollie we looked in. Some folks like it and some don't.

Love your Oliver's! If I every want to buy a towable that would be my choice!

Why are all the Rvs just different shades of brown? So boring and dark! Makes the spaces look so small. Why are the exteriors so boring, again with the browns.I like the RPODs and Vintage Cruisers. Even the Winnie' s let you pick cool colors.

Why are interiors ugly

Beautiful, but expensive.

Personally I don't see why people get all bent out of shape over interior colors. If it looks ugly then don't buy it. There's plenty of nice looking interiors out there. Floor plans are for the most part all the same. RL, RK, RE, FL, BH, etc. Outer walls are either Vacumn bonded or pinch rolled. Frames are Lippert, appliances are Furion, Atwood, Suburban, etc.
Just find the floor plan you want and then find the interior you like.

Ugly is in the eye of the beholder same as art.

Your money, buy what you like. Then change the parts you do not like.

Exactly. One size does not fit all. Make it your own.

Two years ago, when my husband and I were shopping for a new TT, we attended what's billed as "America's Largest RV Show" in Hershey, Pennsylvania. At that show, we had an opportunity to talk with a factory rep from a major manufacturer (that shall remain nameless) about the interior colors (or lack thereof). The rep told us that their actual intent is to "underwhelm" the buyer because people's tastes are so different.

According to the rep, this manufacturer (and it's one of the large ones), wants prospective buyers to walk into a unit and feel that the interior is just an "okay" and "will do" - rather than to produce a particularly stylish interior that will be a big hit with some but not appeal at all to others. I guess they figure that, as long as the unit is "adequate," buyers will end up personalizing the rig with accessories of their own choosing.

Personally, that's not the way I'd do business but, hey, what do I know about RV sales?

Ulgy interiors!

I agree, the interiors offered here in the USA by trailer manufactures are just to dark. But look what Winnebago does in Australia:
