3/4 I.D. High Flow Hose Extension

Does anyone know where I can buy a short (less than 1 foot) hose extension that has an 3/4 inch inner diameter?

Uncle Google found this: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Project-Sou...B&gclsrc=aw.ds.

There are others.

Unfortunately that is 1/2. It is really difficult to search for this because the hose ends are 3/4" and the ID of the tube is usually 1/2 or 5/8.

With that short of an extention why would the ID matter? What are you trying to accomplish? You could also just make the piece you want.

To connect an 90 elbow (for strain relief) on my camper to my inline water filter so that the filter isn't directly connected to the 90 elbow. With fluid dynamics, when the inner diameter of a hose decreases, the actual water flow decreases exponentially and highly impacts the water pressure inside the RV especially when multiple faucets are turned on simultaneously. Every component in my water connection setup is already using 3/4" hose, splitters, quick release, shut offs, etc except these short extensions/strain reliefs.

Unfortunately that is a FIP fitting (female iron pipe) and not compatible with a GHT fitting (garden hose thread).

Here's a company that can make what you want. Expensive, but it's what you asked for.

You realize that the extra connections and 90 will have more resistance than the 12" of 5/8" hose, right? Even if a house, or duplex, has a 1" service lateral, most duplexes and a lot of older fourplexes in this country will have a 5/8" water meter.

RV water inlet restriction

The water inlet check valve probably has less than a 1/2" opening with a spring-loaded disc in the way. Most of us really worry about too much pressure or flow when something inside fails and we are not present to discover and turn it off.

Did you plumb this unit yourself? even most residential plumbing is not 3/4 inside the home.

Go to any place that sells plumbing supply's and buy a short hose with the connections you want.

Having 1 90 in your system is not going to make a difference as the park pedestal is probably running 3/4 to the hose bib and then its coming out of a 1/2 hose bib so your restriction is going to be thier
