We have a photocopy of our trailer license plate taped to the back of our RV that is not blocked by the bike cover.

AlanTerry, thanks for your reply. I just looked at the link to this cover and yes it seems to be what I need. Can you confirm for me that it really closes up at the bottom ? Thats where we had all the issues as we can watch it on the rear cam going down the road and the other covers we used puffed up like parachutes circulating all the wet road grime under the cover.
If it really seals then I will order it.
Again I really appreciate your response.

Yes it has zippers on the end that closes up the bottom of the cover. As long as you zip it closed there should be no dirt getting in. That’s my experience.

THenne1713 I will take my chances. I was worried about that too but I don’t think the manufacture would make this cover if it was illegal. Like I mentioned Police pass by me all the time, if it’s against the law They would have pulled me over long ago. I really like this bike cover.

I haul two bikes on a 1UP USA rack on our Jeep toad. I use an inexpensive cover I purchased on Amazon and it works fine as long as I use enough bungees to make sure it doesn't flap too much. The cover does block the tail lights on the Jeep so I added a set of lights to the rack. I don't worry about the license plate being covered but definitely want the lights to be visible.

x2 on this cover. Only used it a couple times so far. Last time it was raining the whole way up to the campground and the bikes were nice and clean.
I wrap a friction hold type strap around the center of the bikes to keep the billowing down.

The plus side to this cover is it wraps around the hitch receiver to create bag to seal out dirt. I just discovered the down side to that, drug the bike rack pulling out of a very busy, narrow, shopping center exit.
