Blackstone 22” Tabletop Griddle
I just got a 22" Blackstone Griddle for Christmas. I have been watching videos on these Griddles for awhile and am looking forward to using it.
I would like to hear input from those who own and use a Blackstone as to likes, dislikes, and hints on best ways to use it.
Thinking ahead, I am looking at the best method of carrying my cooking utensils so I will have most of what I need in one place and not have to run in and out of the Motorhome while cooking. What do you guys do?

I have the 22" also and use it all the time. One key is to make sure you season it fully following their instructions. I have cooked burgers, steaks, hash browns, fajitas, pancakes, etc on it and all were very good. I really have no negatives. I just recently added the lid and that helps in windy conditions. The Blackstone stand is also a nice addition. As for utensils, I use an 8" deep plastic storage bin with a lid making it easy to pull out when using the griddle or my Weber grill.

I built this unit for the compartment that I set up my Weber and 17” Blackstone next to. Has storage spot for the grill, drawers for utensils and other stuff and a pull out that has paper towels and cooking oil and spices, I even deed running hot and cold water. The stand for the Blackstone stores folded up on the end of this unit. Works great.

Had mine a few months, 12 degrees out yesterday and I used mine, seasoning seem to take about a dozen 1 pound bacon days.

We've had our for over a year now and very pleased with it. I've used it on every camping trip since and now can't do with out it. I did by a long hose to use a 20lb LP bottle instead of messing with those 1lb bottles. I have a outside kitchen so that where all my outside cooking utensils are stored.

If you have a propane connection there you could add a quick connect for the BS that will use the on-board propane tanks as well

We already have a quick connect for propane item use on the outside. I do a lot of cooking or I should say most of the cooking outside via the griddle-large fish fryer and gas grill. Just easier to exchange or refill the 20lb instead of pulling the 30lb and getting it refilled. Also a lot more options to put the propane items where ever I want to cook at.

We were early adopters and have the original 17". I stopped carrying any other grill. I did buy a small 5 lb refillable bottle and adapter hose. It is definitely the swiss army knife of camp cooking.
