Larry, do you carry a spare tire? Not sure if we can use one of the tag axle wheels as a spare for the front. My Prevost buddies claim that their tag is the same as their front.

How did you run the pressure pro antenna from the inside to under your chassis?

Jerry....I think the tag wheel config wont work up front..no I dont carry a spare..what would I do with it????
As for the PP., I have a repeater that I installed in the bathroom electric cabinet...there is a 12V fuse block that I tied into and velcroed it to the cabinet wall....works great and completely hidden!

Has anyone had any issues of the extra weight of the sensors on the valves causing stem failures?

The weight of the sensor (less than an ounce) is insignificant on a large motorhome tire, especially those with metal valves. I have heard (second hand) of the occasional problem with passenger car tires using rubber valves stems, but have not seen that myself. I've run two different coaches and two different cars with PP installed, a combined total of over 150k miles with no problems.

I believe, however, that PP recommends using metal valve stems wherever possible. It's the safest way.

When I had new toad tires put on I requested metal stems....they strongly advised AGAINST them because of the leaking tendency...so for me the short rubber stems are stout and fine

bjbkkb,
In past threads I've posted my problems with PP sensors and my rubber valve stems. The bottom line is that I did have valve stem failures. I ended up replacing all the valve stems with steels stems. My toad is a 2005 GMC EMVOY XUV.
