Heads up for deal on Camp Chef pellet smoker

I just bought this, Camp Chef Pursuit 20 Pellet Smoker, on WalMart website for $250. Retail everywhere else is $499. It has folding legs, so will be able to store it in the 5'er basement. I just thought I would share this incredible deal. At this price it's cheaper than the Green Mountain smoker that is so popular. https://www.walmart.com/ip/PURSUIT-2...8?athbdg=L1100

I ordered it yesterday, and FedEx dropped it off at my door this morning. I watched some unboxing on YouTube, so setup went pretty fast. I ordered a couple bags of pellets too at the same time. They were also delivered today. I'll do a burn off tomorrow and smoke my first chicken in the afternoon with Mesquite pellets.
I've never done this before, so wish me luck. It has great reviews, so I am looking forward to this. I also checked WalMart website today, and they were sold out.
I really like that it has folding legs so that I don't have to set up a table for it.

We have a camp chef at home and it's a great grill, smoker. Would love to have this in the coach but I have an extremely hard time with larger heavy items because of my shoulders. I'm sure you will love it, look forward to hearing your reviews.

So far I am really liking this grill/smoker. On Sunday I made burgers. I thought that I would start out with something simple. I used Mesquite pellets with the open flame option on the grill. They were delicious.
And then Monday, Labor Day, I smoked a whole chicken. That was fantastic. The skin was crispy, and the breasts were juicy.
What do I like about this smoker?
  1. The hopper holds 10lb of pellets
  2. The grill is large enough for two whole chickens.
  3. It has it's own legs.
  4. The temperature is stable & accurate.
  5. Best part is I only paid $250
