IRV Radio bluetooth issue

Okay, so I did something stupid. I connected my phone to the IRV Radio in our trailer. Now it won't leave my phone alone. If I leave my bluetooth on but not paired to the radio, it will bombard my phone with connection requests every 50 seconds indefinitely. This wakes my phones screen up and vibrates every time. Basically it just slowly runs my battery down.
I really have no interest in connecting to it. I don't use it to play music. I just made the mistake of seeing if it would work.
I used to be able to forget or block bluetooth connections in the phone menus, can't find that now. It was either removed or hidden somewhere during one of the updates that make stuff better.
I've also looked through radio menus and can't find anything bluetooth related.
Any ideas how to disable this? My phone is an S9.

On phone, UNDER SETTINGS/ BLUE TOOTH, CLICK ON the radio, then see if an option comes up to forget, unpair or delete?

I swear there used to be a delete or forget option. The only option I have now is unpair, but when I do that the radio spams my phone with requests.
