After looking for a secure way to store my fishing gear in the bed of my chevy coloardo truck I bought a rollbak alum. retractable lockable cover. To my demize in less then a year it fell apart due to the use of a tape to attach the alum. decking to a plastic retract roller. After correspondence thru emails their rep. request i sent pics of the defective tape so that she could send replacement part, da. Just a note so maybe someone will not make the same 1000$ mistake i did.

Have you look at the under cover truck bed cover it's a little more than a vinyl cover but it's built well and lockable and not as much as a custom painted cover and should last a long long time.
