have power gear auto leveling jacks on my 08 Winnabago Journey. jacks seam to work fine but after retracting the jacks the "jacks down" alarm stays on or if it goes off it will come on again in 5 to 10 minutes. no fun driving down the road and that alarm going off. it will then go off and stay off. any ideas??

mine is a newer version so not sure exactly how different the systems are, but mine was alarming after retraction and I would check and all jacks up and good. It was the fluid level in the reservoir. The sensor is pretty sensitive and even tho I thought it was full it was setting it off, added a little fluid and never had a problem since.

I just replaced one of my power gear legs.
I filled the tank to the top but was still getting the alarm occasionally.
Added about 2 tablespoons of atf. No alarm since then.
I guess they mean full when they say full.
Remember look for leaks and use grease in the ram guides if yours has grease zirks.
