Roof Wax?

So what do you use on your roof? Thru the yrs. I’ve only used a wash and wax soap when I wash. I want to reduce the white wash that runs down the sides of the coach.

Roof Wax?

I wouldn’t think hand waxing isn’t done? Maybe a spray on detail type wax?

I have waxed mine on my knees in the past. But now I go to the dollar store and buy two or three of the sponge mops with the cheap metal handles. So I can do it standing up. I use Protect-all . Spray the wax on roof and spread it with the sponge mop. I don't bother to go back and wipe it off. Works for me.

Mine is a fiberglass roof, I treat it the same as the wall. Annual polishing compound and a coat of sealer wax and then a good coat of wax.
The roof on my rv is as shiny as the walls and no runoffs.

Anyone have a suggestion for a specific brand of wax?

I used Mequiar's #50 cleaner wax followed by the Flagship product, my Filon roof is as shiny as the side walls and I get no streaks. I can do it all from a ladder, when I get to the middle I apply with a buffer that just reaches halfway across when I am holding it by the end of the handle. Then I buff it off with the towel wrapped around my wash mop.
