I will also add that if you have a 2016 or newer RV that you might have to contact ScanGauge and get the newer adapter. Basically don't force the connection if you have a newer unit and contact them.

Be careful, I bought one from Auto Zone with a discount coupon and the reduced price was NOT what the coupon promised, still cheaper than elsewhere when free shipping considered.
