Look at the possibility of velcro dual-lock.

Why do you want to remove it when traveling? Walmart has some inexpensive wall mounts for tvs that small.

I can't find where I bought mine but it took me a bit of searching. My TV can be lifted straight up off the end of the mount. The idea was that I would lay the TV on the bed or something for traveling. Turned out that 32 inches didn't really get in the way while driving like I thought it would. I added some heavy duty velcro to the bottom edge to make sure it doesn't extend out while driving (it did that) and it's been happy a couple of years. Too long ago for me to find the mount I bought in my purchase history.

Sorry that I'm late to the party,
MorRyde makes these 2 mounts:
TV10-E-35H which swivels and extends
TV10-S-35H which swivels only.
Both feature removal of the TV.

In my bedroom the previous owner came up with a great idea to permanately mount the 32" TV to an oak 2.5"x 5'x.75" vertical piece of wood. Just mount it to the side wall and then add an articulating TV swing arm.

And when I travel I use a bungie cord to hold the TV in place.

We have one nearly the same it pulls out and turns so it can be viewed from the forward bed or slide area recliners. i installed 4 screw-in hooks for the netting so it holds the tv firm.

When I ungraded the bedroom TV in my 2002 Horizon I went with the MoRyde brand TV mount. It extends, tilts and locks in place for travel.

This is what I have with my 32" TV. The TV is easy to get on and off.

X2 on Mor-Ryde mounts. Several choices.
