Take the battery out and store it. Leaving it plugged in, with the battery in could cause the battery to swell or even explode.

Inside the ATT app there is a setting to disable the time out feature. Go to settings and scroll down. On your bottom right is the time out setting. Change the setting to "disable"

I just set it to disable then I took out the battery and it shut off with 5-10 mins.I put the battery back in and it came right back on ?
I read in the manual that if you want to live the battery in it has a feature like the one in our moho smart inverter,it will cut down on the charge rate when needed.

I had a similar problem, one of my brand new Samsung wall chargers was not putting out enough power. Switched chargers, it's working fine. The other charger charges my phone fine, but won't work on the Nighthawk. If your is working on the battery, but not the charger...try changing the charger.

I believe that without the battery you will need at least a 2.5A charger to keep it running. Chuck
