2017 HR HDMI Problems

I have a 2017 Holiday Rambler Vacationer. I recently hooked up a Weingard satellite to 2 DISH receivers. Both receivers work but the TVs in the front area (1 above the driver/passenger area and 1 in the outside entertainment center) won't play sound. After trouble shooting with a DISH rep, the rep thinks it might be the HDMI cable. Does this sound familiar to anyone and does anyone know how to access the cable that runs from the front area to the AV cabinet in the master bedroom. Ideas and help would be great.

Sure, it could be the cable, but I would check the TV settings to see if it is set to receive audio via the HDMI.

Thanks. Have done that and settings are correct. I'm afraid it's the cable and that may be a major undertaking to change out. But again, thanks for your response.
