Antenna Converter Box Confusion and the BOMB

I have a 2005 coach with the original TV. The PO installed an RCA ATSC Converter Box on the antenna. I assume this is for the digital broadcasting into the older TV, is this correct?

I am replacing the TV with a new LED. Do I need this box anymore? Also, can I plug the antenna cable into the "BOMB" so that it works with both the front and rear TV? Right now the rear TV doesn't get antenna input because it is wired directly to the front TV.

Thanks for any help, this isn't exactly my strong suit.

No, you will not need the converter box.
If the bomb is the black box with the push buttons, just access the back side so you can read the connections and just screw in the wires. Make sure your amplifier is still in the antenna circuit. Should be good for both digital TVs. If the back TV is still the old one, you can move the converter box to the back and just hook it up to that TV.

Thanks. No, back has been replaced and is digital which is why I think he wired it this way using the back for cable input only.
