Seems too good to be true... and you know what that usually means.
Seriously, operators like this come and go. Some are outright scams and some are honest efforts to make a business of it, but the trend always seems to be lots of problems after an initial good start. If they can really manage to offer $99/month (after your first month) truly unlimited and unthrottled service and stay in business then great, but...
Also FWIW their ToS clearly state that there may be network management after 50 GB for T-Mo or 100 GB for AT&T, so not really unlimited/unthrottled. This alone isn't that worrisome though because virtually any 'unlimited' plan of any kind has similar verbiage these days, and even considering this their price isn't bad if all that happens at that point is some slight network management. If (big if) they provide what they promise then they will get subscribers, then we'll find out the rest of the story.

I've had a good 6 weeks with them and it recently turned into a clustermuck.
- 6 weeks of ATT plan and it was great and unlimited
- 2 weeks of "ATT outage", we'll credit you
- Billed again
- ATT still out.
- They say "we'll mail you a new sim" I say "I'm travelling without mail"
- They say switch to T-mobile, go buy a sim locally and they will activate
- After 3 failed t-mobile sims, they say, only the sim they mail me will work
- They say go buy a ATT prepaid sim, send a picture in packaging and of the receipt and they will activate
- Doing that tonight; we'll see
Customer service seems to be trying to help, but it's aggravating.

Their Facebook page has some not great comments from a week ago.
https://www.facebook.com/highspeed4g
But ... better comments further down so who knows. They're probably no better or worse than numerous other resellers.

Notice their website says "Only PINK plan available". That means that AT&T has cut them off and they are only re-selling T-Mobile. A real fly-by-night operation.

About every week someone finds a new great-deal 'unlimited' hotspot service from some new reseller and unfortunately the story usually ends up the same. If you don't want the eventual hassles and disappointment there are better options, for example for the same $100/month you could have two of the $50/100GB T-Mobile hotspot plans. This would give you 200GB/month of unthrottled data and is directly from a major carrier so it would be fully backed and reliable.

Update - The new SIM worked and we're sticking with the RV-4G service.

we went with a Business 100gig AT&T plan for $100/month and our speeds are 7-12mbps in our Wifiranger Denali.. and we dont have to deal with a reseller.. AT&T service and support was great getting us hooked up...

That's sounds pretty good if it suits your needs. I often hear of people getting business plans but it's often not clear what they get. Is it a phone plan or a hotspot plan?
I'm guessing it was the unlimited elite here https://www.business.att.com/product...rate-plan.html. That's only $85 (plus taxes I guess).
If it's a phone plan then I'm surprised they were okay with you putting it in a router and it sounds like they even helped you do it. I wonder if that's an official thing or just good luck from the person you dealt with. If my assumption is correct then it's not going to stop at 100 GB. That's just the hotspot amount when it's in a phone.
Or ... maybe I'm wrong and you got something completely different. Maybe this instead https://www.business.att.com/product...broadband.html. The problem with those is that they're not supposed to be used for "entertainment purposes".

Do you have any update on this? I did the new customer 30 days.. and then I did one more month (Both with AT&T). After that I signed up for 6 months. I asked them "What if you lose AT&T part way through my 6 months?" They told me that they had a contract with AT&T for the next 2 years.
Well, today around noon my internet goes out and I can't get anyone to respond to me. This really sucks. Hopefully it'll get sorted out soon.

You're not the only one unless this is you.
This is from the "Unlimited 4G LTE Data/Caps home internet discussions, reviews and solutions" Facebook group today.
https://www.facebook.com/groups/221819942585815
There are a few resellers including Ruralville who advertise on that group

No, that is not me. But thanks for pointing me to that FB group.
At this point I really wish I didn't prepay for 6 months. This is exactly what I was afraid of. If I had not, I would probably switch to that Ruralville. That guy seems very responsive in the group.
