Backup cameras

I have a 2008 Gulf Stream Conquest 6280 Class C 30' Motorhome. It does not have a rear window and it does not have a backup camera. I want to install a backup camera and a screen. What aftermarket backup camera are people using? Any brands/models to stay away from? What brands/models do you recommend?

I have had decent luck with this - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GVHJQYK...d_asin_title_8

It's cheap Chinese wireless and works fine in my 26' Motorhome.
It also has a recorder if you put in an SD card.

For $100 it's hard to go to wrong...

I wired the camera into the running lights and stuffed the antana behind the running lights (2006 FR Lexington 255DS).
I wired the monitor to a fuse that comes on with the ignition and ran the wires along the windshield trim to above the rearview mirrior.

3 years in and it works.

Here is some good information on cameras:

We have a Furrion model, and seldom use it, except in tight areas.

I recommend this one. Purchased this model a year ago to replace a four year old problematic (yet quite expensive) Voyager Wi-Sight system.
It blows it away in every aspect. For $109 you simply can’t go wrong.
It also has multiple camera capability and loop recording feature using a SD card. It comes with multiple mounting and wiring choices. Most folks simply tie the camera power feed into one of the rear icc marker lamps.

I have the same one on my 24ft class C. It has worked great. Now on sale at Amazon for $84.99

I added one of these systems to our class A with 6 cameras:

We've been extremely satisfied with it so far. Setup was easy and the company is super helpful with installation questions.
