I don't think you can get that with streaming. Which is why I have DirecTV. Dish will do it too. Not everybody wants to spend hours per week on troubleshooting TV. IMHO, streaming over a mobile connection involves too much messing around and uncertainty of results.

As for Starlink, I don't think they have released it for mobile use yet. While it has great promise, it requires a wide view of clear sky, much wider than say DirecTV or Dish. Which means service will be unavailable or unreliable in many places that have tree cover.

Most of us are spoiled & are reluctant to do a little research when it comes to the IOT (Internet of Things).

Streaming media over a cellular connection is no more difficult than streaming media over a cable internet connection. The limiting factor with cellular can be a good signal & a data plan with sufficient data.

Based on my experience when I went full time, I cancelled my DISH subscription & cable internet subscription. These subscriptions were replaced with cellular data plans from AT&T & Verizon along with Sling. This ended up reducing my monthly out of pocket expense around $70.00 a month.

I will be the 1st to admit what I chose to use may not be a good fit for everyone, but, with a little research it's not that difficult.
