Cell Signal Digital Thermometer
OK - I just got a dog to go with the RV and kids.
This has to be invented already. Anyone use a thermometer left in the RV that can transmit to their phone to make sure the A/C isn't out and the dog id a safe temp?
I want to spend my day enjoying national parks while knowing the dog is comfy and safe in the RV. RV's are known to pop a breaker here and there

One provider of a cell phone based temp and humidity monitor is a company called Marcell b Sensored Life.
https://www.sensoredlife.com/#/
They offer both Verizon and AT&T service. You buy the device and sign up for your period of service. You set temperature limits and humidity limits using your computer and you will get a text message to your phone alerting to the problem. You can also access it any time using a smart phone to see current readings. It also alerts to power outages as long as it is not connected to a circuit on the inverter. It has an internal battery and can provide several hours of service if the power is off.
We have been using the service for about 4 years now.

Please, please, make sure your dog doesn't have separation anxiety. Other RV'rs don't want to hear your dog bark all day while you are off doing other things.
Some campgrounds will kick you out if this happens.

Howdy!
We use Blink cameras. They let us keep an eye on them inside the RV and the cameras also will give you the temperature.

Doe your coach have auto gen start?
When I had my work dog, it had a paging system that would tell me if my SUV was getting hot and would roll down the window. It was a long time ago, but there are systems out there.

Check out tempstick.com too if you already have a cellular hotspot in your RV. It needs a WiFi network but has no subscription fee.
