Dash Radio Replacement '10 Bounder

I want to replace the dash radio in our 2010 Fleetwood Bounder with a touch screen type radio. The one we have now, Magnadyne, is not easy to use especially while driving. I would like the touch screen type so it will be easy to pich different paths, like radio or dvd player or Sirius radio. On the Magnadyne, you have to push a button that isn't easy to see what each button is for. If you don't use the radio for a period of time, it is easy to forget what every button is for. Any suggestions?

I'd like to replace our dash radio, too. It seems cheap and the mp3 input doesn't work. I hope you get some good suggestions!! I guess a trip to a good audio shop is in order to see what's available to fit the space. Good luck.

The first thing you need to do is determine the size of the radio "hole" - our magnadyne is 1.5 DIN.

That is a standard radio is 1 DIN.

A good place to research radios/nav systems: Crutchfield: Car Stereo, Speakers, Home Theater, LCD TV, Digital Cameras

I know that the current radio is 1 1/2 din size. I can go to a 1 din or two din size. The 2 din would require cutting the dash to install a radio. For a single din, a dash overlay would be required to cover the dash opening. No big deal. I am just wondering what others have done to replace the Magnadyne radio.
