The "refurbished" Dell laptops I've seen over the past year (and there have been several, don't ask why) have literally been pristine. They can't be sold as "new" because they aren't but other than that they are as good as new!
I did not mean to imply there was anything wrong with them ! Most of these units were used by business people and spent 90+% of their life sitting on a desk !
