Welcome to the forum!!

Occasionally my Winegard Directv traveler not find satellites even with a clear sky an no obstructions. In that case, I will power it off then power it on, which always worked for me. These threads may also be helpful:

I've had a Travl'r dish since 2012 and have experienced what you described on several occasions.

When the dish was relatively new it had to be replaced twice within 12 months. But then everything worked fine for a good long while, until it didn't. I went through all the diagnostics and did Winegard's standard practice of replacing cables, power inserter and LNB but with no luck. Then someone suggested I should pull the cable connection plate on the turret and "exercise" the connection by unplugging and plugging back in several times. It worked!

I guess corrosion builds up on the contacts of the receptacle and the repeated disconnect/connect motion rubs them clean enough to reestablish contact.

Since you've changed out the cable (which tends to be the usual culprit most times as it was for me) I agree with Camp CA on unplugging it while it's powered up. That's worked for me when that signal issue happens & always bring my system back up on line. I've had my Winegard system running for 11 years with only replacing the LNB cable once!
