Until recently you could do a refresh on line or with the APP. With all the changes I cannot get to the area called" my equipment" to get a refresh. Is there some other link to a refresh page?? I hate calling them!.

litz.....I clicked on your link and got to my equipment...picked out a receiver in our "cottage" and clicked REFRESH. Message was it was refreshed, but I did no go out there to check....since it was working OK last time I used the TV.
